    This is by far the best pie crust I have ever had!!! Nice consistency. I made an amazing pumpkin pie with the crust. I can’t wait to make a quiche with the other one!

    I just made a peach pie with your Gluten-free crust; it is delicious! I admit, I was a bit apprehensive, as some gluten-free items can be, shall I say, bland and like cardboard. The pie crust was crispy and flavorful ~ ~ ~ I love it!

    Made quiche for a “Gluten-Free” event using these pie shells. They are, without question, THE best-tasting pie shells I’ve ever had in my life, gluten-free or otherwise! Please don’t ever stop making them!
