Corinne Stenlund –
This is by far the best pie crust I have ever had!!! Nice consistency. I made an amazing pumpkin pie with the crust. I can’t wait to make a quiche with the other one!
Dana Baker Coughlin –
Awesome pie crust! I only can find it occasionally but I stock up when I do.

Best pie crust hands down! I want to upload a pic of my gorgeous turkey pot pie sooo bad. Thank you, Silly Zak’s!!

I just made a peach pie with your Gluten-free crust; it is delicious! I admit, I was a bit apprehensive, as some gluten-free items can be, shall I say, bland and like cardboard. The pie crust was crispy and flavorful ~ ~ ~ I love it!
Thanks for making this product. 🙂
Sunga Rose –
The pie crust has worked well for me. Lots of peaches this summer! Has anyone tried turning the pie crust into cobbler? Do you think it would work?
Silly Zak’s –
Watch our recipes section for cobblers this year!

I just made pumpkin pies with your crusts, and they turned out delicious! Thanks to my Celiac Disease, I need to be 100% gluten-free, which means my non-Celiac husband and kids eat all GF in our house. It’s much easier on them when they have GF options that don’t taste like cardboard. These pie crusts were delicious!
Also delicious are the cinnamon squares… they are one of my guilty pleasures and I definitely get one every time I stop by the store that carries them!!
Christine Chapman Price –
these pie crusts are great!
Lori Himmelman –
tried your pie shells for the first time! best ever!

These pie crusts are super easy to use and taste great! We always keep some in our freezer to make pies or quiche quick and easy.
Jaci McKim –
Made quiche for a “Gluten-Free” event using these pie shells. They are, without question, THE best-tasting pie shells I’ve ever had in my life, gluten-free or otherwise! Please don’t ever stop making them!

We have made quiche and authentic mincemeat pies using SillyZak’s gluten free pie shells. The pie crusts were light, buttery, easy to defrost, easy to use, versatile and most of all delicious. My DH and I are hooked. No more over-chemicalized pie shells from the supermarkets for us. And, we live in Southern Oregon so we shop local. Thanks, SillyZaks!!
